The eagle has landed

Well today the layout arrived from its new home and was erected in the workshop come bedroom and work will start. In Ernest to turn what is essentially a blank canvas with some track.  A few photos to wet the old grey matter and get it moving I welcome any suggestions people may have

I love it when a plan comes together

Well i better show  a track plan  of the layout as it now stands prior to the new board going in for the top yard the point for this is drawn on the plan but is subject to changes

the seeds are sown

for a number of years i have loved narrow gauge trains of varying sizes  now i have recently aquired from the pendle forest model railway society this 009 layout .  presently part completed and needing finishing

just a few photos of the first board  are attached to wet peoples whistles

I intend on extending the layout another four  feet to include a brewery and Canal wharf initial ideas are a ballast quarry or dam contractors railway set in west yorkshire !
